Install the Penta com.Color dot filter and restart your copy of PhotoImpact.
Open a new white image of 500 x 400 pixels. Open the high heels.ufo that you downloaded. Set your foreground color to a light grey,
I am using #DFDFDF, and set your background color to a red from the high heels ufo. I am using: #9A1E2B.

In the Menu bar click: Edit - Fill - Gradient tab with these settings using your fore- and background colors:

In the Menu bar click: Effect - Penta.com - Color dot with these settings:

Drag the high heels object to your image. Rc: Properties. Position & Size tab. Please use these settings:

Rc: Shadow with these settings:
Deselect. Change to your Standard Selection Tool.

Shape: Rectangle. Soft Edge: 0.
Make sure that you click the Options button and that Anti-aliasing has a checkmark:

Draw a selection like this. It should overlap the high heels object with a few pixels like so:

Rc: Convert to Object. Rc: Arrange - Bring to Front. In the Meny bar click: Web: Button Designer - Any Shape.
Click the Shape tab and apply these settings:

Rc: Shadow and please use these settings:
Keep selected. In the Menu bar: Edit - Trace Edges - Selection Marquee. Accept the default settings and click OK.
PhotoImpact wil change to the Path Drawing Tool. In the Attribute Toolbar change the Mode from Horizontal Deform to
Selection.

Rc. Expand/Shrink and Shrink the selection with 10 pixels:

Rc. Store Selection. PhotoImpact will save the selection to the Selection Manager, we will need it later.

Keep selected. Rc. Border. Make a border of 1 pixel Inward:

Convert to Object, Rc: Arrange - Bring to Front and go to Edit: Fill - Image tab and browse to the folder with you
downloaded materials and click the wd-silver.jpg.

Your image should look similar to mine:
Deselect.
