Instructions:
Open the tulips photo, right click: Copy. Minimize the photo. Change to the Standard Selection Tool - Magic Wand and please use these settings: Make sure the + box is selected, so you can select more than one area. Click in all the white parts within, the frame except for where my red crosses are in the image below. Don't select outside the frame. Right click: Expand/Shrink and in the new box use these settings: This will expand all selections with 2 pixels, so that we are sure that no white edges remain after filling the selections. In the Menu Bar click on Edit - Paste - Fit into selection Keep selected. Go to Effect: Lighting - Lights and click on Options. Use the settings as shown below or use whatever you like. In the left preview box move the yellow dot a bit t the left and to the top and change the Spread number to 40 and click OK. Deselect. With the Magic Wand and using the same settings, select the 8 remaining white parts within the frame. Right click: Expand/Shrink with the same settings and click OK. Right click: Convert to Object. Go to Edit: Fill - Color tab. Right click in the color box and select: Color on Screen and select a very light shade of pink from your image. I used #FDD4C3. Keep selected. Go to Effect: Fills & Textures - Puzzle and use these settings: Square size: 8. Right click on the color box - select on screen and select a light shade of green. I used #738842. Make sure that your Layer Manager looks like mine below. If your looks different make sure that the copper frame is on the top layer like this: Right click: Select All Objects. Right click: Merge as a Single Object. In the Menu bar click: Adjust - Resize and resize and object to 85% using these settings: After resizing it is always a good thing to bring the object back in Focus. Go to Photo: Focus and click on the 3rd thumbnails on the top row and click OK. If you like you can add your name to this image and use it as a sigtag. Or you may want to save this image as a tranparent gif. Maybe you would like to use a background with a color from the image. It is all up to you. I will leave you here.
